Post industrial
recycling (PIR)
Our manufacturing processes incorporate Post Industrial Recycle (PIR) practices wherever technically feasible. Production off-cuts and process waste are reclaimed and reintroduced into the manufacturing cycle, reducing material waste and improving overall resource efficiency.
Extended product lifecycles
Through careful material engineering, we design products that last significantly longer than standard alternatives. Longer service life means less frequent replacement, fewer materials consumed over time, and a lower environmental footprint for our customers.

Helping customers achieve green certification
Many of our products are formulated to support customers in meeting environmental certification goals and green building requirements. By specifying Zylog materials, customers can earn green points under recognised certification frameworks — without compromising on performance.
Compliance and recyclability
All our products are engineered for full recyclability and comply with stringent global standards, including:
- RoHS and REACH
- ISO 10993
- USFDA 21 CFR
- UL, EN, and ASTM requirements
- SVC and ASTM 6898

Clean energy
We have made a long-term commitment to reducing our dependence on conventional energy sources. Approximately 20% of our total energy requirements are now met through on-site solar power — a figure we continue to grow as we expand our facilities.
Water stewardship
Water is a shared resource that must be managed carefully. Across our facilities, we have implemented rainwater harvesting systems that capture and reuse rainwater, reducing our draw on municipal and groundwater sources and building resilience against seasonal shortages.

ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance)
At Zylog Group, our ESG approach extends beyond manufacturing and materials – it reflects our responsibility toward people, communities, and ethical business practices. Alongside sustainable operations and responsible governance, we actively support social initiatives and community-focused charitable efforts aimed at creating meaningful long-term impact.
Our people
and Legacy of innovation.
Sustainability extends beyond our products and processes — it shapes the habits and culture of our workplace. We run ongoing employee awareness programmes that encourage responsible use of resources across our facilities.
One example: a canteen food wastage reduction initiative, where visible awareness boards and team engagement have helped reduce food waste by [X%]. Controlled usage of electricity and water is similarly reinforced through facility-wide guidelines and team accountability.
As Zylog Group grows into new markets and technologies, our commitment remains unchanged: to create materials and processes that contribute to a more responsible and sustainable future — for our customers, our communities, and the generations that follow.
