Pioneering TPV technology for a safer India
Traditionally, wire and cable insulation was done using materials that were harder to work with and less efficient. We changed that. We were the first company in India to develop TPV — Thermoplastic Vulcanisate — a flexible, high-performance material that made insulation safer, more efficient, and easier to manufacture. It was a new standard for the entire industry.


Specialised medical-grade TPE compounds
In healthcare, the margin for error is zero. Materials used in medical devices must be safe, reliable, and application-ready. Bromobutyl, a commonly used material, had processing limitations that held the industry back. Our team developed specialised medical-grade TPE compounds that replaced it entirely, delivering superior processability and performance built for the exact requirements of healthcare applications.
Rail and transportation lighter, safer travel
Railways have some of the strictest safety rules in the world. Materials used in trains must pass very specific fire and safety tests — called EN 45545 HL2 and HL3 standards — before they can be used. We were the first in India to develop localised engineering plastic compounds that meet these standards. We also pioneered HSTPO materials and introduced advanced TPO skin technologies, giving transportation manufacturers lighter, safer, and more design-flexible options than ever before.


Construction
waterproofing that lasts a lifetime
Every building, road, and infrastructure project needs to be protected from water damage. We introduced heat-weldable HDPE membranes to India for the first time, and today we are the only manufacturer of TPO membranes in the country. Our membranes seal buildings and structures so tightly that water simply cannot get through.

Tandem Extrusion integrates two production stages into one seamless operation. It eliminates unnecessary handling, improves material consistency, and gives our customers a more efficient, reliable manufacturing process from start to finish.
Negative Forming unlocks complex design possibilities
Some shapes are simply too complex for conventional manufacturing. Negative Forming allows us to create intricate geometries and profiles that other processes cannot achieve, opening up entirely new design possibilities for our customers.
Undercut Processing engineered for unmatched precision
When a component needs extremely tight tolerances and complex forms, Undercut Processing makes it possible. It allows us to manufacture parts with greater dimensional accuracy, supporting applications that demand the very best in precision engineering.
